What We Do

Court Administration is responsible for record keeping, case flow management, and jury management for all the District Court cases filed in Lincoln County. These cases include juvenile, civil, family, probate/mental health, criminal, as well as conciliation court cases. In addition, Court Administration provides a range of services to the public, attorneys, judges, and other members of the judiciary branch.
